CONVERTTA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at yochononamazon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, and packaging so our support team can review your request quickly.

Due to the personal-use nature of herbal diffuser pens, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
